I have done well eating the right foods this week, but I have not found the time for myself to hit the gym! I have been walking with my 4 kids in the park....but that is not exactly cardio! I am liking the numbers on the scale they have been good to me the past week. The most important thing I am trying to remember while trying to eat right is that if I am hungry too long my body will start going into the "starvation mode" and decrease my metabolism, so I have been eating healthy snacks very frequently!

YAY!!! Make sure to FEED your metabolism. Such a silly thing but it's totally right on. :) Walking is still moving and sounds like the scale is moving in the right direction! Congrats!
