I can't believe it has been one month! I can say I love running. Tonight my three oldest kids and I went running in my hometown ( they were on scooters) It was so much fun. I am excited to see what tomorrow brings.
Yeah for you! I'm still working on liking running. For me it's still a forced thing. That's awesome that your kids went with you-what a great tradition/habit to have now!! Keep up the good work!
