I was able to work out for real today. Nothing fantastic. I just went downstairs and did the elliptical trainer that my hubby got 2 years ago. I also kept physically busy putting my house back together after getting my carpets shampooed last week. I have decided keeping myself super busy working around the house (on my days off) is serving 3 purposes: 1-my house is getting some MUCH needed attention-I have totally neglected it since my 2 year old was born. 2-I am burning extra calories 3-I feel emotionally better without all of the disorganization and clutter that was also weighing me down.

Way to keep busy. Its a great way not only to burn calories but its hard to eat when you are cleaning.
