Hello, I am not doing as good on my blogging as I would like. I work full-time and have 4 children to take care of. My husband runs a small business that also keeps me running. I am slacking on my blogging! I have kept on track this week with my eating. I have really paid attention to my portion sizes and food groups. It is amazing how easy it is to over eat!

It is soooooo easy. Looking at the calories is one thing. Then looking at the portion size that the label tells you!!! It has made me put back a lot of stuff this month. Isn't it crazy!
