This week has been a borderline good one! I have been
SOOOOO hungry for some reason! I think it must be getting close to that time of the month! I have been delivering
flyer's door to door for my hubbies business and I am counting that as my exercise! Oh well that is better than nothing right?

Don't dicount walking. It does you a lot of good. just try to keep the pace up and you can count it as your excercise. Next week you can add a workout (where you plan to sweat) in. just keep moving.
