So....I have been eating well and the numbers on the scale will not change:( I am sure I am just becoming more toned and muscle weighs more than fat....right? That is what I will tell myself because I get frustrated when the numbers on the scale do not reflect my work!

Tell yourself that sometimes it takes a while for your body to figure out what you are doing. It can take up to 6 to 8 weeks before you see results (sorry don't shoot the messanger).
That is why we always need to have various measures. Like how your clothes fit.
I know it sucks, but keep at it, its better to keep up with it and be happy in the end rather than give up.
Hang in there. You could be converting to muscle which will mean your clothes fit better but you weigh the same. Just push through.
Stay off the scale for a week! Try not to obsess over the number.. focus on positive changes instead!
