I have decided what keeps me on track is writing down what I eat. I have noticed that if I don't eat all my fruits and veggies I reach for crap!

Isn't it amazing to actually look at a list of what we put in our mouths? I was astonished at how many 'little tastes' of things I actually have throughout the day.
