So far so good! I actually remembered to blog:) I ran my first 5K last month in 31 minutes. I was so proud of myself because I am NOT a runner!! I am also finishing up my personal training sessions and have now started Taekwondo. I feel like I am probably in the best shape that I have been in since High School. I just got back from a one week family reunion and tried to exercise while in the mountains. I hiked for 4 hours one day and was able to climb an 11,000 foot peak with my oldest daughter, father and niece. It was so awesome.
