So how funny.....the day after I wrote my last post I actually strained my hip. I had just gotten back from my morning run and decided to do some balance lunges. The first one I did my hip didn't cooperate and it hurt until today. I was actually pretty scared to run this morning but I did it anyway. And guess what it did not bother me at all... Yea!

so glad that you didn't hurt yourself seriously and way to go on not giving in to the temptation to shy away from running because of the fear. If you are still having some pain make sure you ice it! :0) Ice not heat will help you heal quicker. 20 mins on then 20 mins off for an hour is the prefect amount. (i'm a L.M.T.) Great job on the running too! I'm trying to be a runner but my body like me to walk.
